1. General Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing Pokerfam ("the Company", "we", "us"), establishing an account, or participating in any real-money or play-money games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pokerfam. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.
2. Eligibility and KYC/AML Policy
To participate in real-money poker games, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We conduct strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- You agree to provide accurate identification documents upon request before any withdrawal is processed.
- Pokerfam reserves the right to suspend accounts failing to provide sufficient documentation within 30 days of request.
- Residents of certain jurisdictions (as outlined in our Restricted Territories list) are prohibited from real-money play.
3. Player Funds Protection
We hold all player funds in segregated, ring-fenced bank accounts independent of our corporate operating accounts. In the highly unlikely event of insolvency, player balances are protected and fully refundable.
4. Anti-Fraud, Collusion, & Third-Party Software
Pokerfam is committed to maintaining a perfectly level playing field. We employ proprietary behavioral tracking and anti-fraud heuristics to detect unnatural play.
- Collusion: Sharing hole-card information, soft-playing, or chip-dumping will result in immediate account closure and confiscation of all funds.
- Bots & Solvers: The use of automated playing software (bots), real-time assistance (RTA), or third-party HUDs is strictly prohibited. Pokerfam provides a built-in HUD to ensure all players have access to the same statistical data.
5. Random Number Generator (RNG)
Our card shuffling algorithm and Random Number Generator (RNG) have been independently tested and certified by iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) to ensure statistically completely random, unpredictable deck sequences conforming to industry standards.
6. Disconnection Policy
If you are disconnected during a hand, you will be given additional time (Time Bank) to reconnect. If you fail to reconnect in time, your hand will be folded if facing a bet, or checked if no bet is facing you. Pokerfam is not liable for ISP downtime or local networking issues on the player's end.
7. Responsible Gaming
Pokerfam provides robust tools for self-exclusion and limits. You may independently set deposit limits, loss limits, or request a temporary to permanent cooling-off period by contacting our support team or using the in-app responsible gaming terminal.
